Common questions or concerns
I’m not a mental health professional. If you are experiencing any mental health difficulty, such as anxiety, depression, etc. I recommend seeing a licensed mental health professional.
Mental health counseling addresses specific mental health issues, focusing on symptom reduction and improving overall psychological well-being. Mental health counseling generally focuses on listening to you.
What I do is deep personal development coaching, which focuses on profound self-exploration and growth. It’s geared towards enhancing self-awareness, authenticity, and personal fulfillment. In addition to listening to you I will challenge, question, help you shift your perceptive and gently nudge.
Deep personal development coaching focuses on profound self-exploration, inner growth, and addressing existential questions. It delves into core values, beliefs, and identity.
Life coaching, on the other hand, helps individuals set and achieve specific goals in areas like career, relationships, and health.
While both aim to support personal growth, deep personal development coaching explores deeper internal processes and beliefs, while life coaching emphasizes practical goal-setting and achievement.
This work will help you achieve outward goals, but from the inside out.
I totally get it. I would invite you to one of our complimentary mini workshops or an introductory coaching call to sample the work and see if you enjoy it or get something out of it.

I get it, time and money are fairly important, and it’s easy to feel stretched thin. But when we say we don’t have the time or money for something, what we generally mean is that it’s not a priority for us right now. And that’s okay, but it’s important to recognize that.
Investing in ourselves, in our own growth and well-being, is the best investment a person can make. It improves your internal core. The core in which every thought, decision, behavior and result stem from. What else could be more important?
Sure, it’s not always easy to find the time or money, but when something truly matters, we tend to make it happen. It’s about valuing ourselves enough to prioritize our own development. So, while it may seem daunting, I encourage you to consider what you stand to gain by making this a priority.
The worse that will happen is you waste a bit of time and money (which isn’t going to actually happen). And the best that will happen is you begin to change your life completely into one that actually fits you and that you love.
I appreciate your honesty in acknowledging your fear that this work might be difficult. It’s completely natural to feel apprehensive about confronting what’s lurking beneath the surface.
But here’s the thing: what we imagine is often far worse than the reality. Facing the truth, no matter how uncomfortable, gives us the opportunity to address it head-on. Ignoring the “monster under the bed” only allows it to grow and its impact to spread, often in ways we can’t even anticipate.
Yes, confronting the truth may be painful initially, but it’s temporary. And the relief that comes from finally addressing it is immense. It’s like removing a shard of glass from your foot—momentary discomfort for long-term relief and healing.
So, while it’s natural to feel hesitant, I encourage you to take the leap. The benefits of facing what’s hiding under the bed far outweigh the temporary discomfort. And remember, you don’t have to face it alone—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
I have an ability to read people very well.
