I help other professionals, like you, create the life that fits them, that they love, and to address all of the things interfering with getting that life.
My goal has always been to inspire personal growth while respecting individual dignity. I challenge and encourage people to challenge their self-imposed limitations, embrace discomfort, and remain true to themselves within a safe space. This approach, grounded in authenticity and respect, consistently leads to transformative experiences.
As a coach, my mission is simple

My role is to help you uncover patterns that empower you and shed light on those that hinder your growth. I’ll challenge you to expand your way of thinking and explore your full potential. Together, we’ll address visible and invisible obstacles that have been holding you back.
I’ll guide you in identifying gaps, healing old wounds, and getting in full alignment with the life you truly want. My aim is to bring you a deeper sense of inner peace, enhanced clarity about your future, and more profound connections with yourself and others.
I have always been curious about human potential and personal growth
That is one reason I got a psychology degree back in college. I also wanted to know about myself. Why I did what I did, struggled with some things and thrived in others.
I had read self help book after self help book, with no real results to show for it. I had gone to various mental health counselors and while most helped a bit, there was no real shift in my life. My thinking and behavior stayed the same. And thus my results and life stayed the same. Wherever I went, there I was, along with the same problems that kept repeating.
The things that give me some credibility (hopefully)
- I have a BA in psychology, Arizona State University 1993.
- JD from Arizona State University 1997.
- I have practiced law since 1997, family law since 2000 and know how attorneys, professionals and people think.
- I’ve had my own practice since 2000
- I have rather severe ADHD
- I have studied personal development coaching under Philip McKernan.
- I have written three Amazon best selling books, two could be classified as personal development. view them in my store
- I’ve worked directly, on personal development, with over 50 professionals (mostly attorneys). I’ve worked indirectly with hundreds.
None of that is why I am able to do what I do with people or why you should work with me. The reason I am able to do what I do is that I have done the work myself. And continue to do it every damn day.

Welcome to my world, where authenticity and self-improvement take center stage.
For most of my adult life, on the surface, my life seemed like the epitome of success. But deep down, I was a mess. My goals remained elusive, my health was suffering, genuine connections with people eluded me, and contentment and happiness were distant dreams. Unbeknownst to me, I was carrying a heavy burden of hurt and fear that poisoned every aspect of my life. I found myself trapped in a vicious cycle of self-destructive behaviors, and no matter how hard I tried to break free, I kept falling back into the same harmful patterns. I felt stuck, frustrated, scared, and worst of all, I felt like a failure. I had adopted a victim mindset, and it was suffocating me.
It took hitting rock bottom for me to finally reach a turning point. I realized I had to take a deep dive into my own inner world and confront the issues I didn’t even know were holding me back. So that’s exactly what I did. In the fall of 2018, I got serious about my own personal growth, and I’ve been on that path ever since.
The results have been nothing short of life-changing. I’ve experienced profound transformations in my own life, and I’ve witnessed these same transformations in the lives of my clients. This journey has not only allowed me to break free from my own limitations but has also given me the tools and insights to help others do the same.
And I have seen and felt the life changing benefits of this work and have fallen in love with the results. Not only in my own life, but in the lives of my clients.

How would I describe my work

But the most crucial element of my approach? I practice what I preach. My life is a testament to the principles I teach. I’m not perfect, but I strive to live in alignment with my own advice. I never ask my clients to do anything that I’m not willing to do myself.
